Open support tickets and access to markets
From this menu you will have access to support tickets and buttons related to markets.
From this menu you will have access to the buttons for:
- BACH OF IDEAS: to open a ticket regarding suggestions for features to be integrated into the platform or improvements that can be made (tickets are handled within 48 hours Monday through Friday)
- Technical Questions: to open a ticket regarding technical questions (tickets are handled within 48 hours Monday through Friday)
- ERROR REPORTING: to open a ticket regarding technical issues of the platform (tickets are handled within 48 hours from Monday to Friday)
You can attach only one file to the tickets in the formats: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf with maximum size of 1 Mb.
In order to send multiple images within the message, it is suggested to create a PDF file containing all the images you want to send.
N.B. on each page of the site there is an icon to open a chat conversation with Customer Care, either via the internal chat or via WhatsApp and it is only for commercial and NOT technical information, for which there are the buttons described above
